Aspirus Health is seeking a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to join our INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team!

The Senior IT Project Manager leads complex clinical and enterprise IT projects within the health system, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to implement solutions that improve patient care, clinician experience, and operational efficiency. This position assists the IT PMO Director in establishing direction for the Project Management Office (PMO) by creating and maintaining practice guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures. The Project Manager is responsible for mentoring new employees within the PMO team.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Remote, certain states.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize project portfolio management tools and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project) normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in CIS/CS, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
• Seven to ten years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Specialized knowledge of the best practices for project management and familiarity with related technologies.
• Experience planning and implementing projects that include infrastructure projects - Networks, Data Center.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and sensitivity to organizational politics.
• Must have the ability to communicate complex technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
