About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Intermediate Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing care to patients with diverse and complex needs. You will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Continuously improve quality of care through data collection and analysis
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
Serve as a patient advocate while supporting families and caregivers
Practice nursing with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Active Wisconsin RN license
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
ACLS certification (required)
1-2 years of acute care experience preferred
A commitment to teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care
