Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a PRESIDENT- ASPIRUS NETWORK, INC to join our ASPIRUS NETWORK, INC team!

At the direction of the ANI Board, the President - ANI is responsible for leadership, development, implementation, and management of network-wide clinical integration strategies, which focus on care coordination, population health management, performance optimization metrics, and payor requested quality initiatives that will transform ANI and the Aspirus healthcare system into a well-managed, clinically integrated healthcare enterprise capable of delivering Accountable Care. As a key member of Aspirus Executive Leadership and Aspirus Physician Council, this position will lead, develop, and communicate on how to achieve these strategies. This position will also lead, manage, and coach ANI staff, as applicable.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Master's Degree in a health related field.
• MD/DO preferred.
• Minimum of ten years' leadership experience of a progressive nature. Health plan network and multisite ambulatory experience strongly preferred.
• A minimum of five years' health plan experience. Population health management experience with experience in managed care contracting and medical staff relations preferred.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to make tough decisions, as well as the ability to influence and energize staff and ANI provider members and entities.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses excellent internal management skills evidenced by exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, organization, and time management.
• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the managed care environment/conditions/trends, value-based payer contracts, health insurance industry, provider networks and associated legal issues.
• Possesses a strong understanding of finance and health care reimbursement.
• Possesses strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Functions well under pressure and is an expert at managing multiple priorities.
