What You'll Do
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be the captain of your patients' rehabilitation journey. You will travel to residential homes to evaluate patients, establish functional treatment plans, and provide personalized therapy. You'll empower individuals and their families through direct education, helping local seniors and adults safely regain their independence and reclaim their joy.
Qualifications Needed
A minimum of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA-accredited school. (Upcoming grads taking the NPTE are highly encouraged to apply!)
Current (or eligible) Wisconsin Physical Therapy licensure.
A valid Driver's License and active automobile liability insurance ($100k/$300k coverage or $300k combined single-limit).
Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain it within your first 90 days).
