Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a PARALEGAL to join our LEGAL team!

The Paralegal is responsible for assisting attorney in practice of law and operation of Office of General Counsel.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of forms of business organization, legal research, document drafting, word processing and file maintenance normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with courses related to business and law, a Paralegal Associate Degree, or two or more years of experience performing paralegal services in a legal setting.
• Previous applicable experience beneficial.
• Demonstrates excellent usage of the English language.
• Knowledge of legal terminology.
• Strong aptitude for composition, precise writing, and effective oral communication skills.
