Aspirus, Inc. has partnered with North Central Technical College to offer a CNA Student Training Program in Wausau, Wisconsin. We are seeking 10 individuals to join a class set to start November 10th, 2025- December 12th, 2025 

PROGRAM DETAILS: 

• Join a full-time accelerated 5-week CNA program (Day schedule during the week) 

• Aspirus, Inc. to pay your tuition, books in full, scrubs, and tools needed for labs and clinicals.
• Receive reimbursement for the licensing exam fee.
• Aspirus, Inc. to pay you a stipend for your time in classes 

• Accept a CNA role with Aspirus upon completion of the program 

A requirement of the program is a commitment of working as a CNA with Aspirus for at least one year, with a minimum of 48 hours per 2-week pay period. That would be our Part-time or full-time positions for the duration of the full year. FTE can't be dropped below part time for at least the first year in the position

Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing direct patient care; provision of daily living activities and hygiene, passing water, changing linens, feeding patients when required, checking of vital signs, weight and height checks, etc. This position will also assist in patient admission process, answer call lights and monitoring of patients. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• WI Caregiver Background Check and Reference Check 
• 16 years of age or older

• Pre-employment physical and drug screen
