Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a Manager - Patient Contact Center to join our team!
The manager provides leadership, direction, administration and supervises, plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the Nurse Contact Center to ensure accomplishment of its objectives.
Identifies opportunities to improve patient experience. Participates in projects/programs designed to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Identifies opportunities to improve the Environment of Care, and patient and staff safety. Participates in projects and programs designed to create a safe environment to avoid error.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Day shift.
