Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a MANAGER - SOURCING & VALUE ANALYSIS to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team!

The Manager - Sourcing & Value Analysis provides enterprise‑level leadership for sourcing operations across the Aspirus system. This role is responsible for developing systemwide sourcing strategies, optimizing category performance, managing supplier relationships, and driving measurable value, savings, and clinical alignment.

The Manager oversees a team of sourcing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and workload prioritization. The leader ensures strategic sourcing initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and clinical needs across multiple hospitals, clinics, and service lines.

The role partners closely with clinical, financial, operational, and executive stakeholders, supporting value‑based decision‑making, standardization, supply continuity, and enterprise contracting initiatives. The Manager advances the maturity, analytics capabilities, and strategic impact of the sourcing function.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MS‑SCM) preferred.
• Professional certification (CPSM, CMRP, CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma) preferred).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain, preferably in healthcare, or 7+ years in health care delivery setting.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, supervising staff, or managing enterprise projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi‑million‑dollar savings or equivalent enterprise value.
• Experience negotiating complex, high‑value contracts and managing strategic suppliers.
• Strong background in spend analytics, data interpretation, and opportunity identification.
• Deep experience in contracts, contracts management and contract negotiation
• Working knowledge of GPO relationships
• Proven ability to lead multi‑site, cross‑functional initiatives involving clinical and executive stakeholders.
