Aspirus in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR to join our MAINTENANCE team!

The Maintenance Coordinator provides support to the Director of Facilities and Projects and the Maintenance Supervisor. This support includes regulatory compliance, inventory control, contract negotiation and monitoring, and the training and competencies of staff. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures the proper level of service is offered and maintained in non-Aspirus Wausau Hospital facilities.

HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Day shift.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and standards is normally acquired through receipt of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years' experience in a management or supervisory position in a healthcare facility in either maintenance or plant operations. This knowledge may also be gained through 10 years of experience in the building/construction trade with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in supervision, purchasing and computers, or additional education in supervision are beneficial, along with any technical/engineering certification.

Aspirus Chippewa Falls Hospital and Clinic is scheduled to open in September of 2026. The newest location in the Aspirus Health system will feature a hospital with 10 inpatient beds, emergency department with helipad to support emergency transport needs, on-site clinic with 12 treatment rooms, imaging services (X-ray and CT), laboratory services, and a pharmacy.
