Aspirus Corporate Office is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our team in Wausau, WI!

Description: The HRIS analyst is responsible for analyzing, identifying, designing, and supporting opportunities (new and existing) for enhancing the business processes related to Human Resources across Aspirus entities. The analyst helps ensure consistent practices are being performed in the systems and drives unification efforts where the practices may differ between entities. This person will partner with business unit leaders and the Human Resources Business Partners to help drive strategic initiatives.

Hours: Full-Time 1.0 FTE, 80 hours biweekly 

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Analytics, HRIS or IT practice experience. Experience in supporting large scale ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, upgrading, testing, and back end processing.
• PHR/SPHR or equal preferred
• Human Analytics, HRIS, IT, Business Intelligence, Critical Thinking and Collaboration competence.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
