Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a GREETER - DRIVER - VALET to join our PATIENT REGISTRATION team!

The Greeter/Driver exhibits a positive first impression to visitors and patients and offers assistance as appropriate to promote Aspirus Customer Service.

HOURS: Part Time 0.6 FTE, 48 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, positive phone etiquette, knowledge of communication procedures and professional image.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with patients, employees, and the public.
• Experience in proper lifting methods and use of wheelchairs, walkers, etc., preferred.
• Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver's license necessary for courtesy van responsibilities, without excessive moving violations in the previous 24 months.
