Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team!

The Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Supply Chain and Accounts Payable information systems to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and meaningful analytics across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Informatics, and Information Technology to support endtoend procuretopay processes.

The Business Systems Analyst focuses on ERP functionality, EDI transactions, thirdparty integrations, and reporting solutions, translating business needs into system configurations, analytics, and dashboards that enable informed decisionmaking. This position works closely with Master Data Analysts to ensure foundational data accuracy and provides functional application support, reporting, and analytics to elevate Supply Chain operations.

HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, analytics, or reporting in a healthcare or complex operational environment.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems and integrated applications across Supply Chain or Finance functions.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Accounts Payable workflows.
  • Experience with EDI, thirdparty integrations, or vendor connectivity solutions preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
